  • Avoid Visual composer. Really bad experience with customer service which really tells you this is not a company you want to conduct business with.

    Is this the kind of tone of voice you speak to your customers with?
    This is exactly the subpar customer experience you are showcasing on your ticket system as well.

    The issue at hand is that you have pushed a renewal on a service we have already canceled in due time and following that changed your system without notifying us, thus keeping our service active because by canceling the license one is not canceling the subscription.

    Also, your customer service has wrong dates in their system of when our accounts were started/invoiced, thus refusing to give refund despite us showcasing them the error the moment the invoice was received.

    If you want to be a decent company, you issue refunds on error renewals not get your revenue on them. It’s 2020 ffs.

    Thanks for providing your ticket number. I did a quick look and I understand that you deactivated your license on the 3rd of January (prior to your subscription expiration and renewal date). What it meant that you could re-use the same license key on another website since you still have an active subscription. And because of that your subscription automatically renewed.

    Imagine, a different scenario. You decided to close on the website and use the same license on another. And the moment you deactivated your license we automatically canceled your subscription. Frustrating isn’t?

    Again, not trying to start any discussion here just trying to explain what happened.

    I understand, that it was a human error. I will ask our team to proceed with the refund. Again, have a great day.
