 * I want to get the phone number of the applicants. I’m using number field for 
   that, but the field area is too small.

 * You need to custom style this number field. Just go to Appearance/Customizer/
   CustomCSS section in your WordPress admin panel & write rules to style this field
   as per your requirements.
