Number field value 0 is blank when editing entry

    I’m having difficulties with editing entries that have a number field with an entered value of 0. When I go to view the entry then edit the field value is blank requiring 0 to be re-entered.

    I made this an issue on the GitHub but hasn’t received any attention for getting close to a month now:
