What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

On this site we use Custom theme but on another site we have the same problem and we use Avada theme.
Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet anti-spam, Classic Editor and Wordfence Security, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
I disabled all plugins except for Contact form 7.
Also activated default Twenty Twenty and clear cache.
I checked on incognito window and bug is still there.

What problem do you have now?
The problem consists in the number of characters that can be entered in the field (length) not max value.
But after reading the documentation again, I understood that I have to find a custom solution.
