Number changes from 0 to 2

I have the donation form set up as a widget in the sidebar at http://www.grovechurch.com/giving/

Every time someone changes from a one time gift to a recurring gift, the “number of times” number changes from 0 (indefinately) to 2. I would like to keep the number at 0 by default.

Any idea how? 🙂
