Unprofessional support set my site back

I have been using the full paid version of this plugin for a few years, and I have to be honest I wish I’d gone elsewhere. The latest problem created by allowing their support access to my website is that they’ve edited a users listing and the url’s of every single listing in the directory, and now aren’t replying. When they have to access the website I always feel worried as they leave behind new plugins they have used, test posts they have made, and worse this time. And they don’t notify you of this. Problems that have been brought up in the dedicated Facebook page often go unresolved such as the one where the business owner can edit any user reviews on their business. Sorry, but I can not recommended Directorist.
