    Thanks for the video. Just mentioned on the second thread where you commented as well but to cover here as well: this happens when there’s a fatal error being encountered on the server during the initial site creation, so to diagnose and help get this solved for you we’ll need to know what the specific error message happening on the server is. Could you check your PHP error log (or refer to your host if you’re not sure how/where to do that) and let us know what error message occurs when you try to initiate a clone?

    I attempted to clone a another website and checked the error_log. This is the only error that populated when I did the clone
