@ceecee86 — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. We fixed the image issues for you on our end and all thumbnails look good now. How do they look for you?

As for Most Popular, it doesn’t look like you have anything selected under “Layout Settings” for which page types you’d like Most Popular to show on. Can you please re-visit the plugin’s main settings page and make sure to check off which pages you want the Most Popular plugin to show on? Hi @katrina@nrelate,
Thanks for checking it out. I selected the Layout Settings, and it fixed the problem. I thought that just adding the widget would simply do it. Anw, the thumbnails are now working properly πŸ™‚ Thanks a lot!!

@ceecee86 — Sounds great! Glad we could help πŸ™‚

Hello there. My website is not showing sidebar widget for most popular posts. It shows nothing, and the Layout Settings are set.
    example:

    Can you help?

@marcelo Pedra — We fixed the issue for you on our end and Most Popular is now up and running. Looks good!

That is awesome, Katrina! Very thanks! =)

@katrina: I implemented the plugin in another website and it is not showing the widget again. Is there anything I can set from here, or again I need to specify you what the domain is (marcelopedra.com.ar).

I’m planning to abandon the badly driven Related Content feature from Shareaholic and deploy this very good plugin to a dozen websites. Will I need to tell you every domain name for you to approve or unblock or whatever is happenning? Is this issue gonna be fixed? Thank you.

@marco Pedra — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. We fixed the issue for you on our end and Most Popular is up and running alongside Related Content now.

It looks like the install for Most Popular didn’t come through correctly which is what caused the issue. This shouldn’t happen for your other sites but please let us know if we can assist further.

@katrina: Today I see the plugin now showing in the website. And regarding what you said, I should be able to enable the Most Popular plugin in other sites and start working without having to asking help here? I thought it would begin to show data once a representative amount of visits is recorded, to avoid showing, 3-6-10 visits in the most popular articles, which would be awful too πŸ™‚

    Thank you so much

@marcelo Pedra — Glad to hear that things look good for you now. We’re here to help if you need anything else.

    – Katrina @ nRelate

@katrina: you’re welcome. Regarding my unanswered question, if I activate Most Popular plugin in other wordpress sites, should I expect a good working, or will I have to return here and let you know what domains I need to activate it on?

@marcelo Pedra — yes, if you install most popular on your other sites, you should expect it to be working well off the bat and we shouldn’t need to assist. However, our plugins can sometimes stall during activation if there’s an issue with server communication on either end – which at that point, we’d be happy to step in and help.

    – Katrina @ nRelate

OK Katrina, thank you very much for the quick assistance.

Hey Katrina, I have the same problem: just installed both the nrelated plugins, related works fine but the popular one doesnΒ΄t. Tried to use it as a widget and also tried to paste it on my home site with this command [nrelate-popular] but nothing appeared. Hope you can help me out!
