• Was just wondering if the bug had been resolved with the release of 4.7.3? I see the ticket for this bug has been marked as resolved, but I wasn’t sure if it had been implemented with this update.

    Thanks for the support. 🙂

  • Same question here. Should we disable and delete the plugin or hold off on that?

I am running 4.7.3 and just discovered today that we are no longer able to upload WOFF files, which we use heavily for minority-language text rendering.

I see from the description that this plugin was meant for 4.7.1 & 4.7.2, so I take that to mean I should not mix it with 4.7.3. (Plus, we’d really prefer to not have to add another plugin to our multisite anyway just to fix a bug.)

    ~ thx, Eddie

Well the bug that was introduced with 4.7.1 was supposed to be fixed with the release of 4.7.2, however the fix was not implemented in 4.7.2. So if you had the issue, chances were the issue was going to persist when you upgraded to 4.7.2 and the plugin had to remain. They updated the plugin to work with 4.7.2 and so we assumed the fix would come when 4.7.3 was released. A few days ago the ticket for this bug had been set to closed, but I’ve seen a few posts here and there where people are still having issues uploading files even in 4.7.3. So I’m not really sure if A. the fix was implemented or B. if the fix was implemented did actually fix everything.

Thanks for replying. I was also Googling to make sure we are, in fact, using the correct mime type. We’ve been using application/x-font-woff, but now I’m seeing this post, suggesting it’s now application/font-woff.

I am new here and not a developer. OGV Files are sill UNABLE to be loaded for security reasons. What’s up guys??

.pptx still can’t get uploaded in WP 4.7.3

    File type: application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation

I need to keep the plugin active for now.

Unable to upload .pac files so definitely not fixed in 4.7.3
