Is it possible to modify /wp-content/plugins/jquery-t-countdown-widget/js/now.php so that it doesn’t need to initialise wp by running wp-load.php in order to speed up the response?

P.S. I note that it uses ../.. etc. to find wp-load.php – since WP2.6 it has been possible to move wp-content to another location. So if you are going to run wp-load you might want to find an alternative way to find the wordpress root directory where wp-load.php exists.
