    One just needs to look at this “buyer” profile and it has an alarming pattern of aggressive and negativity to dedicated open source WordPress plugin developers.

    This is a wonderful open source community and the complaint is not for the free version but for the pro-version. It doesn’t belong here and in short order we now have 3 separate threads created about the same issue.

    As for the complaint itself, I’d like to enlighten Gorbondanko. He purchased the $4 per month pro version. The steps are very typical of a licensed (encrypted) pro software. The problem he had was ;

    1. Overseas buyer (Thailand).
    2. Incomplete buyer profile with false information.
    3. Different emails for registering and payment.
    4. Different names.

    Now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out that even 2 of the 4 issues above would immediately create a red flag for FRAUD, which is exactly what happened here and hence the auto release of the download and license was not triggered due to the fact the system flagged it.

    I hope this will be of use to Gorbondanko in future purchases. I would like to stress that Gorbondanko is #bannedforlife by Browserweb (see screenshot supplied) and on the record to please cease and desist from any further slander, unfounded and outrageous stalking and rude behavior.

    I truly hope WordPress Moderators support their community of dedicated and hard working Plugin developers, review this complainants’ track record – eg. profile @ https://wordpress.org/support/users/gorbondanko/topics/ and take the necessary action.

    Hiya,

    As per our forum rules, any support relating to premium features (or paid services from 3rd parties) does not belong here.

    We do ask that you take this discussion privately by email or (as you used PayPal) via the PayPal dispute system.

    This thread is clearly not going to end well for either party, as such I am closing it.

    @gorbondanko I have archived your last 2 replies, as they add no real value to the thread, and the other near duplicate topics that were created (I did leave your review though, as that is perfectly valid).

    I understand that it’s frustrating when things don’t work out.

    @browserweb I wouldn’t outright claim a user is trying to fraud anyone, but I am leaving your reply up, this way you’ve both had your say in the matter.
