I am trying to send a notice (newsletter) to subscribers to my blog when I post new content. I can get to the second step but I can’t figure out how to remove the text and link “Display problems? View this newsletter in your browser.” Same problem lower down where “Unsubscribe – Edit your subscription” appears.

All I want is the unsubscribe link on the page. All I need is my subject line announcing there is a new posting and in the body of the text an unsubcribe link. Minimalist.

I’m sure this must be a pretty common need and perhaps I am making this too difficult the way I am trying to accomplish it.

  • You can simply go to MailPoet Settings’s page and remove the text from those fields on the Basic tab.

BE AWARE that this is BAD PRACTICE/SPAMMER thing and not a “minimalistic” one. Your subscribers deserve the right to change their subscription details and unsubscribe from your newsletter.

You misconstrue, perhaps. Of course I want to allow my subscribers to unsubscribe. I only have a single list so subscription details seemed unnecessary.

    Thanks for your response.
