Notify of new post feature

    Hi,

    I need some help in adding a check box to the comments section to allow users to be notified by email of new posts. An example would be on this theme. http://fusiondemo.wordpress.com/

    Can anyone direct me on how to add this feature.

    I appreciate any help.
