Notify email isn’t sent if upload file is empty!

    Hello! We have a form with several fields. Among of them – upload file field. It’s optional, not required.
    1. If we send form with included upload file, we see Thank Page and get email notification.
    2. If we send form without included file (it’s optional), we also see Thank page, but don’t get email notofication!

    In both cases, we see an entry in Entries submenu. But why email sending works only if we attach file?
