Notify Bing update URL

    Hi Arne,

    thanks for the recent update! Here a heads up that the Bing notify url has changed some time ago, it used to be: (currently line 1900 in sitemap-core.php)

    "url" => "http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=%s",

    but i think it now should be:

    "url" => "http://www.bing.com/ping?sitemap=%s",

    As the old setup generates creates this error message from Bing:

    We did not receive your sitemap. Please submit it using the following format: http://www.bing.com/ping?sitemap=[your sitemap web address]

    BTW on my website the Bing notify then still does not seems to work (“There was a problem while notifying Bing”) due to connection getting refused by Bing:

    Notice: WP HTTP API Web Request failed: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to www.bing.com port 80: Connection refused in /...my...domain.../.../.../plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 2052

    But this might be my server getting refused making this request (maybe IP range or user-agent) because when i then manually click the url to my sitemap listed on that “View result” page opened in my browser then i get the message:

    Thanks for submitting your Sitemap. Join the Bing Webmaster Tools to see your Sitemaps status and more reports on how you are doing on Bing.
