It’s not possible to send a notification per abandoned order here, but we have the option to send weekly reports, and you can find it in WooCommerce > Settings > Cart Abandonment > Settings.

I also have websites that need this instant email notification when a cart gets abandoned.
Receiving the weekly report most of the time results in loosing that order because the client needs an alternative and will find it if I don’t contact him as soon as possible (eg. call him and see what the problem was and offer my advice).
Would be very useful to have the option to receive an email when the order gets abandoned. The email should contain all the order data captured too.
I hope you will take this into consideration and implement this simple option.

This option will be very useful. We contact every customer who abandoned the cart. And we make him complete the order. It only succeeds when we make immediate contact. Notifications about a new abandoned cart by email will be very useful. In addition, the possibility of a webhook trigger will be even more.
