I have a gravity form where users submit a message to a custom post type. It fills in a name, message and signature and then puts it into the pending folder once submitted so it can be moderated.
Gravity forms then sends out a notification email to the user after submission that contains the url to the pending post, but of course the link isn’t live for at least 24 hours until the post is approved and published. Is there any way through gravity or perhaps through another plugin or add-on that I can notify the user as to when the post is actually published instead of using the autoresponder from Gravity?
The email sent after publication would draw them back to the site to see their entry and hopefully share it, which is the ultimate goal. I’m just looking for a way to automate this process.
