Hi @rkhiles,
Thanks for your message.
Your notification is set up to send two emails – one for each user in the Send To box.
Can you see the two emails, one for each user, in the Email Log of Post SMTP?
Also, how are you triggering this notification? Are the users registering themselves or are you or another admin registering them?
Actually I am using WPMUDEV Membership 2 plugin. So they are signing up for a membership, with the first step being registering for a user account.
I only see one email being sent out, to me. Not the other user I created to receive these also (which is also an admin).

Hi @rkhiles,
Can you be sure that BNFW is overriding the default notification, either from WordPress or from the WPMUDEV Membership 2 plugin?
I’m curious to know if the Membership plugin is overriding BNFW and is preventing the notifications from sending out correctly.
It may be worth testing by registering a user via the default registration page (bypassing the Membership plugin) in WordPress to see if the issue is still present.
Hi there, I did try the default WP registration page and the notifications aren’t being sent to anyone except my admin user account. All of the other WP notifications are going out as they are supposed to.

Hi @rkhiles,
It’s possible this will be fixed in the next update to BNFW as a few notifications have had issues since WP 5.0. This should be out soon.

This should now be fixed in the latest release, available as of yesterday.
Please have a read through the Changelog for anything that may effect you.
