Notifications Not Being Received

I need help, none of the notifications are being sent for appointments on either end. So far only I have made appointments to show my availability on the calendar. The goal is however, for customers to make appointments as well. If they were I wouldn’t know because I don’t get a confirmation email. The client won’t get a confirmation email either. This could be bad. I don’t know what the problem is or how to fix it. I have tried many other plugins but I like this one best if I can get it to work. Help!
