Notifications new post for selected readers

    Hi,

    I just made a wordpress blog for my company.
    Here is my question;
    I would like to notify people when a new post is online BUT i would like to choose to whom i send it. To be clear: i would like to create groupes of readers to whom i send notifications only when the post is relevant to them. I imagined it so: when a publish a post, i could choose the category of the post AND the group of people who would be notified!

    Which plug-in could i use? I’m a bit lost whith the thousands of existing plug-ins 😉
