    Hi,

Is there a way to see notifications log somewhere? If there is no plugin option/extension for this, maybe I can take a look somewhere in the database?

My client said he didn’t received admin notification email. He did receive all email notifications before and after this one. So for some reason only one didn’t went through so I need to get in to the trace of it.

    Thanks,
    Damir

    Hi @tahireu ,

We don’t have the feature to log notifications emails currently. You could consider using one of the email logging plugins in WordPress.org to do this.

In case it helps to share, with any of the paid version of WPForms you can store and manage future entries in the WordPress admin area.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. The issue is likely due to email service providers tightening their spam prevention settings, and that is wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issue, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps 🙂

We already use WP SMTP plugin, and we also did some other DNS-related twerks to prevent emails end up in junk or get blocked.

Thanks anyway for the quick answer.
