Notifications keep coming due to un-updateable theme (includes suggestions)

    Many thanks for creating this plugin, it’s very useful and timesaving. Especially since I run 12 WP sites currently. I have to following feedback for you:

    I make use of Elegant Themes, sadly they cannot be auto updated. Knowing this, I still checked the auto update option, hoping I would get a notification.

    I did, actually, they keep coming. Even though I set the limit to 3. Could you please fix this?

    Suggestions (if possible, I’m not a programmer):
    – Add an option to just send 1 notification and not update (separately for Plugin, Core and theme). This would make it more useful in more than one way and solve the problem,
    – Or, if the above is not possible, make it so that it stops notifying after the set Retries Limit.
    – Or, only send 1 notification after the Retries Limit is reached.

    I’d like to also report repeated notifications for failed updates. I’ve had several times where this plugin sent me 10+ emails stating that it had updated BackupBuddy, but it actually hadn’t. I have the retry limit set to 3.
