    Bonjour,

    Hi @nhagency,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to highlight that Forminator uses the default WordPress function, wp_mail(), to send email notifications. The issue you’re experiencing seems to be related to the email hosting setup on your server.

Could you try configuring SMTP on your website to see if it resolves the issue? Our plugin, Branda, can assist with setting up SMTP. I hope the following guide will be helpful: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp

    I hope that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
