    The new cancel reservation from the Admin menu works great.A couple of suggestions:
    1. Send an update to the site owner with the new view of the reservations. Not everyone has paper to cross out the event 🙂

    2. Consider the from address being the Admin address so you don’t get people’s replies … we find a lot of rather obtuse users who reply anyways.

    OK, the email took a while to come in … 5 minutes. So you read my mind on #1:
    We would like to inform you that the list of reservations has been modified; as a result, we are sending you a full modified reservations report.

    Added to each reservation email that is coming to client ReplyTo address. So once client click to reply, your email will be populated and you get reply email from client.
