I will try but I think there is an email server issue.
if you go to woocommerce–>settings->email
click on “New RFQ Admin” who does it say the recipient is. if the recipient is not in the same domain as the server sometimes some servers don’t allow sending.
The server support can look at or at least give you the error log for the email or the php error log to help. without the log it is hard to say. see if you can get the log for either email / php error log.
also check your junk mail (just in case)
