    Hello there,
    Is it possible if any ticket submit or reply, instead of email the notification show it for specific user inside the site?

    Partially possible.

    You can disable emailing from the NanoSupport > Settings > Emails

    For agents, we’ve an on-system notification (updates on page refresh) icon visible on the top bar showing the count of tickets assigned to them.

    But for admin, it’s not true.

    And we’re afraid, we currently don’t have any plan for this. But we will definitely take “In-App Notification” as a Feature Request, and will consider on any future release, inshaALLAH.
