 * We are receiving multiple emails about lockouts even though the box to send notifications
   is not checked. Any suggestions?

 * Possibly, another plugin is involved. It can destroy/overwrite the Cerber settings.
   Show me some of those letters. Are they identical? Different IP addresses?
