  • We’ve had something similar only no emails are coming through.

    We’ve traced the problem to our Web Host, BlueHost, who have confirmed their Spam-Filter is blocking these!!!

    Bluehost has been unhelpful in fixing this (even though they’ve caused it)… I need ideas what do…

    Would FormBuilder be able to make a ‘fix’? Who would we contact?

    I solve the problem. was the smtp not config OK.

    Glad you were able to sort this out. Typically email send problems are due to SMTP settings or the host blocking the emails as mentioned above.
