 * If I have an appointment with a notification that will happen in future after
   the appointment (let’s say 5 days after appointment), then I delete the appointment
   after 3 days, will the notification send on the 5th day? Even though it is deleted?

 * Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.
 * Scheduled messages are sent only if there’s an existing appointment the message
   is related to and if the appointment is in the **Approved** status. So, in short–
   if the appointment is canceled the cron won’t trigger an email, and if the appointment
   is deleted, a 2-week after the appointment follow-up email won’t be sent.
