 * Does the plugin forward any kind of notification to the person responsible for
   performing the task? By what method? If so, is this possible in the free or paid
   version?

 * Thanks so much for getting in touch.
 * Yes, the plugin does send email notifications to the assigned user. These email
   notifications exist in the Basic version as well as the Pro version and can be
   disabled/enabled per user from the Zephyr profile settings or from the Zephyr
   > Settings > General page.

 * Perfect! One more question, do I get a delivery confirmation for this alert? 
   Does the platform indicate that the alert was forwarded / opened by the recipient?
   Similar to a CRM…

   it was opened by the recipient.
