Notice WP 5.7 and PHP8

    Hello,
    first of all thanks for good plugin. I’ve been using it successfully for a long time. Now I updated to WP 5.7 and I locally tried to run on PHP 8.0.3 and PHP 7.4.
    I am not sure about the state before update, I didn’t have the Query Monitor then.
    I am getting these Warnings/Notices in Query Monitor:
    Notice Undefined index: wpmlmaxwidth 18
    wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/wpml_comment.php:184
    Notice Undefined index: wpmlmaxheight 18
    wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/wpml_comment.php:189
    Notice Undefined index: wpmlpopup 1
    wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/wpml_comment.php:323

    Could you please fix that? Or I could even contribute with a fix if there is a public repo.

    Hello,

    thank you for the hint. I just changed this to prevent printing the notices and will publish it with the next release.
