We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!
Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen.
Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.
As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.
@amboutwe I have the same issue on my blog. Through debugging the code, the issue seems to arise when the value of $user_id
passed in to the function get_user_schema_id
is zero. This results in $user = get_userdata($user_id);
returning false
, and a PHP Notice that $user
is a non-object.
Hi @markhowellsmead, please submit a new ticket for this, as we can’t say for sure this is the same issue yet. In addition, please perform a conflict check too, we’d like to make sure the issue persists when Yoast SEO is the only plugin active.
@kgaurav17 have you fixed this issue in the meantime? Or did you deactivate Yoast SEO? We could not find it on your website.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
@markhowellsmead Thank you. We will respond to the issues you are having in that thread.
@kgaurav17 Please let us know if you resolved the issue.

Hi @pcosta88, i run the troubleshooting as mentioned by @amboutwe and issue was in Yoast seo plugin. so i deactivated it for now. And I am looking for a solution for it. There was an update in Yoast SEO plugin but this issue still not fixed.
Hi,
If the issue still happens even after performing that conflict check AND all your non-Yoast plugins are updated, it may be a bug or an issue. We suggest creating an issue report for our developers on GitHub here. You may need an account to post. If you are not sure how to create an issue report, this guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/.
