Notice of Password Change happens every time a user logs in

    I noticed alot of errors about WP sending out password change notices with WP version 4.3, but I have 4.42.

    Have you all created any fixes inside of your plugin for this error?

    The notices are being sent out to the members when they log in and even when they haven’t logged in at all.
