 * Thanks for this plugin! I’m really enjoying it.
 * I did want to let you know that I’m receiving some Notice errors when in debug
   mode.
 * This error is displaying on a page that uses the shortcode `[download category
   ="4"]`:
    `Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in .../wp-content/plugins/wp-downloadmanager/
   wp-downloadmanager.php on line 469`
 * I’m also receiving the following errors on the main downloads page:
    `Notice:
   Undefined index: dl_cat in .../wp-content/plugins/wp-downloadmanager/wp-downloadmanager.
   php on line 505`
 * `Notice: Undefined index: dl_page in .../wp-content/plugins/wp-downloadmanager/
   wp-downloadmanager.php on line 506`
 * `Notice: Undefined index: dl_search in .../htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-downloadmanager/
   wp-downloadmanager.php on line 507`
