Nothing works for me

When trying to add a collection, import or deliver it simply doesn’t work, the link to find out about details also doesn’t open any information that helps you make the plugin work. Too bad. They should deliver a plugin with all the features, and then sell a premium one with extra features. Now delivering a free one that doesn’t work at all is discouraging.
