Nothing Works — CSS Edits Don't Takie

    I have edited the CSS for my Amazing Grace themed blog several times over the years without issues. However, I no longer can make any changes. I tried to change the background color: no visible change. I changed the header background file by uploading a replacement file and the former file — the one I deleted! — is still there. Nothing works. I cleared by IE 11 cache, so that’s not the problem. For some reason the CSS editor function is totally useless.

    Any ideas?
