This tool looks very promising, but not getting very far with it.

To start, the inspector is not showing up in the bottom panel of the screen.

Comments in the video about the inspector showing visual indications when panning the mouse over areas of the screen does not happen.

if I select an area of ext for example, change the color and size – nothing happens in the visual display.

If I click the check mark to Save the settings it returns to the CSS main window but does not have any of the changes I made.

Tried this on 8 different themes:
    3 bootstrap based
    1 – Thrive Theme base
    1 – genesis
    2 – Artisteer
    1 – Thesis

All function exactly the same with so-css. Eg, not working.

Thanks for any guidance on how to get this working!

    Peace 🙂

    Hi peacesong

This sounds like it might be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all plugins besides SiteOrigin CSS and see if that fixes the issue? If it does, then you can reneable your plugins one by one until this issue comes back. This will help us diagnose which plugin is causing the conflict.

    W3 Total Cache

This was the culprit. guess it’s not suprising.

So, it’s working fairly well to help me turn off unwanted areas. But a lot of odd jumping around in positions.

For example I hide a section, then want to make it’s height 0 to bring up the lower sections… very tricky. Doesn’t work so well. Guessing this is a training issue.

    Thanks for your help!
