 * I activated and changed the settings to what seems logical. Also tried both options
   for troubleshooting, deactivate my cache but not showing. Set to all pages

 * Please, install the latest plugin update and be sure you ticked the checkboxes“
   Enable loading screen” and “all pages” option for the “Display loading screen
   in” attribute on the plugin settings page (Settings > Loading Page)
