Nothing shows up when posted

I used Visual Form Builder to build a form, an award nomination form, and I am trying to insert it is a widget on my home page, so I designed form, and got this code [vfb id=’7′], I then went to my edit page, and in the page I wanted to post widget I copied [vfb id=’7′], did both in visual mode and html mode, and nothing showed up on my site.
I then made sure all my plug-ins are up-to-date, wordpress is up to date, and they are all. I still do not see it at all. I then went into my Midgets panel on dashboard and found some widgets that no longer are on our site, and thought I could just plug my new info in there, but cannot figure out how to edit, or make those appear.

Any help?
