Precisely there is no option for me in any of my pages to select the value of post-call-to-action as I saw in your screenshots.What do I do?

Sorry for chiming in so late. Once the plugin is installed, you need to go to the settings page and select what custom post type you want associated with the blog posts. Then, you will see a metabox that allows you to choose where to link your post to.
It’s easy to use and simple to set up. From one simple settings screen, you can:
- Set the post type association
- Include featured images to dress up the action bar
- Change action bar colors
- Set the default button text
- Metabox allows each post to have a different call to action
