# Nothing showing from shortcode

 * Hi,
 * I’ve just installed FileAway and did the base config. ( WOW what a plugin! Thanks
   for all the hard work.) I then went to a page and inserted a shortcode, but nothing
   shows up. I’ve tried deactivating all the other plugins + tried with a different
   theme. Nothing.

   Shortcode used: [fileup sub=”fa-username” maxsize=”30″ fixedlocation=”true”]
 * 2) Display page: [http://cbwq.ca/partners/partner-1/](http://cbwq.ca/partners/partner-1/)
   
   Shortcode used (to display base directory 1 – no files in it yet though): [fileaway]
 * > RESOLVED #2: added a file via FTP and the listing appeared.
 * WordPress 4.4.1 running Dazzling theme.
 * Am I maybe missing something super basic? Any thoughts?
