  • Hi There,

    I wonder if you would be able to help me with this.
    Nothing is showing after campaign activation either with preview or live.
    As far as the set up goes I have tried all forms of ad’s pop ups actions bars etc all do not show in any way.
    I have tried them on the home page, specific pages the works all to no avail.
    I have looked at the page load with the inspector console and there are no errors reported with the scripts but there is nothing showing in the code at all for the icegram data. The icegram js file does not load at all.
    The purpose of this is to add an opt in form to a clients website for marketing purposes.
    I am not the developer of the original site and they still manages the site, although I have admin access.
    Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated.

  • Just as an update, I have just updated the system to Icegram version 1.8 and still no go at the moment.

    Hi Stuart,

    We have checked your site and it seems that Icegram js files are not loaded on your site and that’s the reason why Icegram is not working at all.

    There may be some reasons such as->
    1.In console there is error with one track1.mp3 file not found and it may be blocking Icegram js.

    2.It may be related to theme you are using, try to change theme and use WordPress default theme. Then check if Icegram is working or not.

    Many thanks for the quick reply.
    I do not manage the actual content of the site so I will need to contact them about the errors within the site and see if they can resolve it.
