First of all I wanted to thank Dirk for developing this plugin. It looks great and I would love it if it worked.

Dirk – If you can fix these issues, I would love to use the plugin.

I just downloaded this plugin and have been working on it for 2 hours, but can’t get anything to work.

    1. Posts are always automatically posted live. Even though I have set the settings to Draft or Pending – all of the posts go live.
    2. Can’t add any text above the form. Even though I put the text above the shortcode (instructions for completing the form) all the text is listed below the form.
    3. I have selected to have the form collect the Name and Email of the submitter in the settings options, but these fields do not display on my site and this info is not collected.
    4. Post Content section not working. My goal is to let people submit video embed codes. This is not working with this plugin. I have tried every way possible and can’t get it to work.
    5. I have entered a redirect URL so that once a user submits a post, they will be directed to a thank you page. For some reason, the redirect is taking them to the very bottom of the page (below my thank you message).

I don’t know what to say – but this is not working!

First, use the latest release that should fix a couple of issues.

    1. You have to set the post status inside the plugin options
    2. Solved with latest release
    3. Those information is just stored as meta info in custom fields. The plugin doesn’t display it. What you do with it is up to you and it depends on the theme you use. If you want to display those information somewhere you have to change your theme so that it displays the content of those two custom fields.
    4. The plugin doesen’t allow this (iframe and stuff…)
    5. The redirect is removed since the plugin uses Ajax now.
