Nothing Saves

Hi, I have a serious problem I’m not able to save any settings. This is by far the best chat plugin, but I am unable to save anything when ever I want to do changes. I’ve deactivated plugins, I’ve changed theme and nothing works. Basic issue is the chatbox is always open and cannot be closed. Please can someone help. Many thanks in advance.
