    We got the issue and fixed it already. Hopefully, our next update will resolve the issue.

    Some details of the issue:
    In our case, it happens when there are huge number of users and courses on the site so it takes time to load the data but since, almost all the servers are set to max 30 sec – 60sec as load time therefore, with in that time it renders error on the ajax and the load icon never replaces with the data.

    How we fixed it?
    We have changed the whole logic to select the reset rule, from next version of the add-on, users would not be loaded automatically, admin will have to type 3 letters to search the user or the course and this fixed the issue.
