    Hi, I am currently facing the issue whereby there is nothing shown under the “Post type” tab in the conditional menu. I have duplicate the live site onto a staging site and tested the conditional menu plugin. The plugin is working fine on the staging site but not on the live site. It is completely blank and is not showing any of my post under the “Post type” tab in the livesite.

    Hi,

    Can you try to disable all plugins except Conditional Menus? On your staging site, does it have exact settings, theme, content, and settings? Can you post a screenshot of the issue?

    Hi,

    We are unable to disable all plugins on the live site, but we have replicated all the files and plugins from the live site to the staging site (Everything in wp-config fodler). The staging is working, whereas the live site isn’t. Both sites have the same exact plugin settings, content and theme. Upon clicking the different tabs under “Post Types”, I realise it wasn’t able to retrieve any data, hence displaying nothing for it.

    And they both have the same version of WordPress? This is strange…

    Yes, both sites are using same WordPress Version and same plugin version for Conditional Menu.
