    the popup is active only in the mobile version
    clicking the icon opens a new popup
    what to do?
    I have active wp rocket plugin on the site

    Hi @cabalero100,

    Once you have created a widgt box, you must add “widgets” to it as per your requirement.

    To add a widget go to the Appearance -> Widget page and add the widget to the widget box you created.

    Hi @cabalero100,

    I see that you have already added 2 widgets to the widget box like in the image below.

    1st widget is hidden using widget options plugin and second widget is added using shortcodes ultimate plugin.

    Please let me know if you are expecting something else.

    I would like to display the HUSKY plugin filters as an example in the destokp version appear in the sidebar https://alessandrom253.sg-host.com/carrelli-elettrici/ I would like the same filters to appear in the mobile version popup

    I entered the husky shortcode but the filters don’t appear
    maybe I’m doing something wrong

    Hi @cabalero100,

    I do see a widget added for filters. But it is “hidden” using “widget options” plugin. Can you please review the widget settings and see if you have configured any option to hide on mobile?

    You have also inserted a shortcode, but that shortcode is not executed. Can you please try inserting that shortcode using the “text widget” instead?

    I just checked and the widget was hidden on mobile devices using the “widget options” plugin. I have enabled it now and it is working.

    Please note that UFW plugin has no control over the widgets placed and how they are displayed. There is no issue with UFW plugin itself.

    Anyways, the topic is resolved now.
