nothing happens on map preview!

    I just activated the interactive world map plugin in my wordpress website.

    When I click on Map Preview, I can’t see the map, i only get an empty white space, and when I hover on it, I get the names of the continents. Why can’t I preview the Map?!

    And another thing, when I copy paste the shortcode [freeworldcontinentmap] to my page, and refresh the website, I just see [freeworldcontinentmap] written in the section where my map should appear. I am new to plugins and shortcodes, so I don’t really know what is going wrong!

    Thank you for your interest in our products.
    It seems that both of your problems have the same reasons. Which way you installed the plugin? You downloaded the .ZIP file to your website manually or you used a “plugin search” to install the plugin from the WordPress repository?
    Can you provide us a link to your page?

    I have downloaded the plugin, I have a certain problem with the rights, so I can’t install my plugins from the plugin search! I am still working locally, so I can’t really provide a link to the page.. I hope my answer helps!

    Maybe you renamed the plugin directory? It must have a name “interactive-world-map”.
    In any case, we can find out the exact cause, if you send us a link for testing.
