    Hi i installed and activated plugin but nothin appears in the backend… no pages and no menu item tickets?

    Hi:

    Can you check to make sure that your PHP version is 5.6.30 or greater?

    If it is, then chances are that you have a plugin conflict. You might want to disable all your existing plugins and then try activating the Awesome Support plugin again.

    Finally, please make sure that you’re using version 4.4 or later of WordPress
