 * I had encountered a weird situation.
 * “Nothing Found
 * No search results for:”
 * It is shown in my posts page but in fact there are more than 10 posts existed.
 * In the editorial mode (wp-admin), when I get into the posts page, I can see the
   posts, but as guests (use other browser), the nothing found statement appears
   with no post exist.
 * Sometimes, saving again the posts page or deactivating plugin can make it turn
   normal, but at the following day, the posts disappear again.
 * Is there any solution?

 * Do these posts disappear again while ALL plugins are still deactivated?
 * OR, do they disappear again after all plugins are reactivated again?

 * I kept them deactivated, but at the second day, the posts disappear again.

 * Do they keep disappearing in the back end (admin) or the front end?

 * Disappear at the front end. I still able to read the posts in posts page in the
   admin dashboard (wp-admin)

 * I know you already tried deactivating plugins. Have you also tried temporarily
   switching to the default theme?
 * If not, try to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes.
   If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your
   troubles.
 * If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)

   It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
   On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable
   all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to
   turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
   There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin
   and its Troubleshooting Mode at [https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/)`

 * The “Health Check” shows:
 * Page cache is not detected but the server response time is OK
 * Page cache enhances the speed and performance of your site by saving and serving
   static pages instead of calling for a page every time a user visits.
 * Page cache is detected by looking for an active page cache plugin as well as
   making three requests to the homepage and looking for one or more of the following
   HTTP client caching response headers:`cache-control`, `expires`, `age`, `last-
   modified`, `etag`, `x-cache-enabled`, `x-cache-disabled`, `x-srcache-store-status`,`
   x-srcache-fetch-status.`
    -  Median server response time was 51 milliseconds. This is less than the recommended
      600 milliseconds threshold.
    -  No client caching response headers were detected.
    -  A page cache plugin was not detected.
 * Is it a underlying cause for this problem?
